A: Booking appointments, creating and updating wills for new clients — all normal activities for law firms.
Q: How are law firms selected to participate?
A: Reputable firms who are able to meet the guidelines of the Philanthropic Alliance Group program are given an opportunity to participate.
Q: What happens when a client wants more than a basic will?
A: The client would have to pay the law firm the difference for additional work. This program will only cover the cost of a basic will drawn.
